Chimney capping needs removing- roof is quite steep, however there may be access from our roof touret/lookout that may provide easier access or someone with very tall ladder from side of house. Clay tile roof very old.

I have three old fireplaces that had 1980s tiles on the old hearth stones. I have removed old tiles and now need the areas cleaned up, levelled and new tiles layed. The area sizes are approx: Lounge, 34 x 114 cm Bedroom 1, 30 x 100cm Bedroom 2, 30 x 110cm. I can supply the tiles.

I need to build a frame around my electric fireplace. The size is approximately 120x40x75 cm. The material is not important as long as it can withstand weight and some heat. It will need to be covered with decorative stone tiles, roughly 1cm thick, glued to the frame. some tiles around the corner will need to be cut at 45 deg to make a nice smooth corner. The frame would be similar to the one in the pic, but rather than a rectangular base, it would be a T section with the 120cm part against the wall and from that, a 100cm frame around the fireplace - Due date: Flexible
