We need to hang - 1 really heavy mirror on a plaster wall - another mirror that shouldn’t be too hard - a TV bracket and TV on brick wall above fireplace - 3 medium paintings side by side above a bed My husband can help to lift the items we just need the handy man parts done

Need to replace stone to fireplace. It’s either slate or dark stone. Unsure the material but must be heat resistant.

There’s a small grate under the cabinetry that mice have been slipping through to get into the lounge area. Need to install stainless steel mesh there and also add stainless steel wool inside the cabinet so the mice cannot get in. Advice needed on how to keep TV and Fireplace electric cords safe and tidy. E.g holes to be drilled into the bookshelf system, how to run the tv cabl down to the power outlet in an aesthetically pleasing way. We have a Victorian fireplace which currently has a black concrete hearth and we wish to tile it. - Due date: Flexible

This fireplaces works but, as it's gas, I'd like it serviced to ensure it's safe.

We would like to have the fireplace mantle removed. Our plan is to keep the black fireplace surround that can be seen in the photo, but have the mantle removed and replaced. Currently the mantle is far too big and we’d like to replace it with something more delicate. We would like help removing the mantle and also potentially fitting the new mantle.
