**Re. budget - I have little idea what a PT should cost so please disregard the $10 budget I entered (I had to complete the field). I'm a 44-year-old father of 2 young kids. My lifestyle to this point has been... ummm... self-indulgent?! My more recent primary form of exercise has been bike riding - more so as a form of transport (i.e. 20-40km riding to/from work) than as a cyclist. Long before that I used to enjoy swimming... worth noting that I'm definitely not a runner. Ideally I could find someone available at around 7am on a Saturday or Sunday, somewhere around the St Kilda end of Albert Park Lake.
