Hi everyone, I need help to quickly and efficiently disassemble a home gym and furniture. TASKS 1) Disassemble the following: -VERVE commercial power rack -Queen Bed 2) Organize all parts, screws, nuts, and bolts such that assembly is possible later on. MUST HAVE'S *All necessary labour, materials, and equipment for full disassembly. *Insurance for peace of mind (yours and mine).

Needing one piece of equipment assembled. All tools will need to be bought.

Our Gym business has closed and as part of "Make Good" we need this sled track which is solidly glued down on a concrete floor, uplifted and disposed of. Cannot have any lumpy residue left behind.

Cut 11 gym mats to fit in the room. You will need a metal ruler and a Stanley knife for this. Then assemble 2 racks

I have recently had my cables replaced on my Avanti home gym as they were frayed and twisting. However the cables are still twisting in the same spot as a result I can't use the machine. I have tried to untwist them but they keep twisting.

I have purchased a renouff fitness FT3000 home gym machine. Id like it assembled in my garage. Will most likely need at least 2 people as the parts are heavy.

A couple of the cables on my gym need replacing. I need someone that can supply the cables and install them.

Install a REP PR-5000 Power Rack. The power rack has 6-posts, 93" uprights and 30 & 16" cross members. It will look like the image but without the weight horns. The rack doesn't need to bolted down. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 13 February 2024
