Looking for a personal trainer for my wife (in her 30’s). She would like to lose weight and get fit / healthy. Ideally a combination of strength and cardio.

We are hoping to host a health focused yoga / breath work session for a group of delegates that will be in Sydney a tech and innovation festival. We want to run a yoga / breath work session in Bondi. Date: 16 October Time: 7:15 – 8am There would be about 15-20 people. You would need to provide the relevant equipment i.e. yoga matts, bolsters etc.

Hi There, I am looking for a core/ full body strength with a mixture of callisthenics. I want to build my strength, agility, flexibility and balance. I prefer to do all my workouts not in a gym but can utilise an outdoor gym. I would Like to continue with body weight exercises and later on incorporate weights. Would be great if I can get someone to create a program for me and maybe meet with me once to run through everything and see my current abilities.
