J did a great job! He first assessed my son's abilities and listened to him regarding what he wanted to work on. He had a systematic approach, appropriate and effective drills for my son to grasp new concepts and skills. He took videos before and after my son's shooting and dribbling form to show the difference so it's effective. The attentiveness and patience is what I expected from a personal coach .

Hello! I am looking for an experienced, friendly, ENERGETIC male personal trainer to run a short small group session in Sydney including location. Please see details below Date: Saturday 7th September Participants: 15-20 participants boys aged 16-24 Workout: Looking for someone to facilitate some light rotation workouts, nothing too strenuous. Warm up + Warm Down. HIIT activities etc. 45 minutes to 1 hour session. Timings of the day can be flexible, but would prefer a morning session! Location: Extra points if you are able to provide a suitable location that is able to host 15 participants + some tables for afterwards. This is part of a workshop, so it would start with a workout and end with a short consultation workshop, talking about the topics of mens mental health. The consultation part is run by one of our facilitators, and the workout part would be with you, we would suppy light refreshments for participants! :) Who we are looking for: - Someone with experience with groups - Someone who has a valid WWCC - Energetic, positive - passionate about wellness both physical + mental.
