I need a personal trainer I can meet at the park or my backyard at least twice a week. I'm based in Epping. I need to lose weight and get healthy. I'm looking for a PT who can briefly guide me on my diet as well. The main thing I'm looking for is for someone who is willing to help me and potentially listen to me. I'm a family violence survivor so please only put through an offer if you are willing and able to potentially listen to horrible details as I'm wanting to use boxing and other activities to release some emotions. Hey guys, I am looking for a mobile PT who is willing to travel to the northern suburbs to help me out. I previously started gym in 2018 and through 2019 I had a lot of progress but 2020 was not a good year. I’m finally starting gym again but I need someone to help me out on a regular basis. I had an amazing PT previously but she moved to another gym and I don’t drive so here I am. The budget I have offered here is tentative and I am happy to negotiate but I would like something affordable because I am planning on a long term commitment. I would need someone flexible and committed who can make workout time both fun and motivational while taking into consideration my personal health issues. Please quote according to what you offer, how long the session lasts for and if you offer any long term bulk deals with sessions. Looking forward to hearing back from some great PTs!!
