What do fitness services include?

I have just set up a home gym and need someone to help me create a workout plan as I'm a little overwhelmed. I'm currently just winging it and working out all body parts and doing some cardio. I would like to split my workout areas and include those workouts or recommendations to lose weight and tone up.
