1. The roof started leaking in the big rain that TSV experienced recently. It got gradually worse. 2. The tenants called the SES and they did a temporary job. 3. They found the solar hot water system had been dripping onto the corrugated iron roof and a small rust hole had appeared. 4. They spread some mixture over it to seal it up but said it needed more waterproofing to keep it from leaking in the future.
Riley was the type of tradie that everyone hopes to find! He did a wonderful job fixing rust on the granny flat roof, and we couldn't be happier!!
