We are laying a floating floor roughly 70m2 and there are some imperfections that need grinding down. Some areas are worse than others. There is about 10-20m2 that needs to be done.

A tenant has damaged 3 pieces of flooring apparently dragging something heavy across. We dont have the boards but will endeavour to get from Bunnings where we got original boards from. I will get a better pic showing locaton of the damaged boards. 2 of the boards hardly damaged but probably still worth replacing

I need some assistance fix our floating floor boards. Some are chipped and need to be replaced, and others have small gaps. Others probably just need to be stuck down to the concrete again. I have the replacement boards ready to go. I need someone who has done this before and understands how to best rectify the problem. It is a small two bedroom unit so not a huge job.

Sone of our floating floor board planks got damaged from water. We have replacement boards and need someone to swap them out with the new ones. 4-6 boards.

Hiya, if anyone is keen to finish this floor with me I would be very grateful. It’s just the floating floor installation and marking the boards to be cut that I will take off site with joise restrictions. The place is directly next to Victoria cross station in north Sydney, no need to bring tools and my guess is 4 hours or there abouts. First job is for a first floor unit of approximately 70 m2. Composite flooring (6.5 mm & with undercoat) is stored in the basement carpark. Carpet needs to be pulled off and disposed. Second job is for 100 m2 composite flooring (6.5 mm & with undercoat) that will be laid over existing timber flooring of a house. Carpet is pulled and disposed. Flooring material is stored next to the entry door. Additional skirting will be fixed to existing timber flooring. Pricing is per m2.
