Needing a handyman/ tradie to rip out some carpet, skirt and wardrobes - then lay some floating floorboards.Prefer someone local as I’ll need to paint before floorboards are laid so may be a two part job. All quotes welcome. Rooms roughly 3x4. If you’re able to do that painting as well that would be a bonus.

The existing flooring is Hanwood Grace, and we have a few spare boxes available for the repairs, and can order more if needed. Scaffolding and ladder has been removed. Space is empty. Require asap.

Hi airtaskers, I’m located in narre warren south and after a quote for my house frontage (I want to concrete the porch area and do a floating steps) The porch area is indicated in yellow measurement L 7.5 w 1.85 The floating steps area is indicated in black It is 2 metre between the porch area and the driveway ( I don’t know if this is what you guys call it by the way) and the height is 1 metre (steep driveway) Roughly how much would that cost? Which includes everything please … take into your consideration might be excavation work as the house already high around 2 metre off the road; however the floating steps will finish around 1 metre high Please mention the rough estimate and I’m here to provide all the info required

We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started. Skirting will also need to be installed around the perimeter of the lounge room (I will also supply these). Date is slightly flexible but needs to be done early January. I will have the floorboards and underlay ready on site for install. All offers will be considered.
