There is no electricity at place so any tools will beed to be battery charged or can use my Raptor if you have power attachments or I will hire a generator if needed. Living Room = 6.7m x 3.3m = 22.11m2 Dining Area = 2.8m x 2.6m = 7.3m Hallway = 5m x 1m = 5m2 Bedroom 1 = 3.7m x 3.2m = 11.85m2 Bedroom 2 = 3 x 3.8m = 11.4m2 + 3 small cupboard areas, Bedroom 3 = 2.8m x 3.8m = 10.64m2 + 1 small cupboard area TOTAL = under 75m2 Everything will be moved from floor and cleaned before you come. Things are level and no nails etc so can place straight over.

I need to have 125 square metres of brush box engineered timber laid. There will be 110 metres of skirting boards to be removed and re-installed. 25 planks need to be made into stair nosing. This quote is for the preparation, installation and supply of materials except the engineered timber which I will supply. There is no existing flooring to be removed.

Install floating floor boards

I need somebody to lay some floating floor on a very small area. I have attached some photos to show what is currently there. I will purchase the floating floor but just need somebody to lay them and cut them to size.

I need someone to come and give me a quote. Floating floorboards need replacement: A small area under the kitchen sink (floorboards already pulled off, I just need someone to stick them back down). A few need replacing under fridge (just need someone to pull a few out and stick the new ones on). I have a few in the lounge room that need to be replaced (x2). Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started.
