Chipboard subfloor is creaking in a couple places in upstairs bedroom. Carpet has been pulled back with subfloor exposed, will likely need screws to fasten onto joist. Unsure of utilities running under subfloor so hesitant to undertake myself.

I have laminate in my home office, but some of the planks got chipped, and the damage spread over time, so I want to replace the 3-4 damaged planks. I already have replacement planks. We are already planning on clearing out the room for new desks that’s why I have Saturday, so if you need you can have a clear space to work. If not required you could come another day in the week.

We have a bursted pipe in laundry and caused the water escaping to the hallway. The section of flooring in hallway then came loose and move when you walking on them. The downstairs flooring is connected with hallway, lounge, dining and kitchen where at the moment only hallway the moving. Hence we do not get the entire downstairs replaced and hoping to have this section repaired
