Find an experienced floor repair pro in QLD

I have 1 spot in our floating floor boards in our rental that are water damaged needing repair. Would prefer not to replace whole floors and just replace them or close to. See image below. Do not have spare planks will need them sources too. No Scammers - been scammed on here already don’t bother!

I have a bamboo wood floor in my kitchen and a few of the floorboards have chipped away from the edge. Require someone to replace 3-4 floorboards with new boards. I have the replacement floorboards, just require someone to install. The bamboo flooring has the edges with grooves that click together .

Repair/ fix hole in vinyl floor. Room approx 3m x 2.5m. Not sure if vinyl is continuous throughout

Floor has raised a bit in places and needs to lie flat. I have a bit spare in a box.

We have bought an old Queenslander & when we ripped up the old carpet to sand and polish the timber floorboards we came across the surprise around the front door. There is 5sqm of chipboard which had been laid. (Maybe there was tiles laid here in the past) We're looking to replace the chipboard with timber floorboards to tie it in and look seamless. I have purchased the matching timber boards already. We had the rest of the floor sanded & polished and the floor guys will be able to come back out once repairs have been done and will be able to sand & polish the new areas if needed.

Replace 3 water damaged floating floorboards. New floorboards will be provided. Need to eliminate gap between boards bottom left (both photos). Looking for individual with proven experience with flooring of this type.

Note: Please bring your own tools to repair as I will be providing only the box of tiles to be installed. It must be completed on the day as well. The measurements for the floor. 2.5mters length and 2.5 mts wide. Repairing the kitchen floor with the spare box of floorboards.

I have a couple of squeaky floor under carpet that i would like investigated and fixed quickly if possible, as I have hybrid flooring replacing carpet on Thursday 3rd April so not concerned if carpet it pulled up.

The plastic type flooring has lifted in our caravan. Its not a big job and would only interest someone very close to the Clifton area who is either a flooring specialist or handyman.

I have a small area of my timber floorboards that have peaked up like a teepee from the heavy rain and heat. I need someone to remove 6 floor boards, pack out floor as required. Supply and install new 85 x 19mm Ironbark strip flooring, fit cork expansion strips, sand repaired area only and apply 3 coats of polyurethane. The damaged area is roughly 1 meter x 2 meters. I am flexible on the date and please reach out if you have any questions
