Sanding back & staining 1m2 of floorboard to match existing floorboards. Due to kitchen renovation, parts of floor under previous cupboards is now exposed in its original unstained timber. There is also 2 holes in the floor (that goes right through the boards) that need filling, sanding & staining also.

I have a wooden floor in my bedroom only that needs some replacement boards of Tasmanian oak (20 boards) to replace a square of plywood that has been added into the floor which is 170 x 220cms(16 boards 10.9 x 2.5cms - end dimensions). I would also like 4 additional boards replaced that are next to the plywood (shown in one of the photographs). The floorboards in the whole room also need sanding and staining to match (as close as possible) the floorboards in the rest of the apartment. The total room size is 360 x 360cms. I'm negotiable on the time to have it done by but in the next few weeks would be great. Task budget for this project includes the cost of all materials/wood/stain, work etc.
