Marble wall sand down and polish, I believe the marks on there is from the air fryer, and it’s stained the marble. If you have a better idea of removing let me know but I heard it needs a sand down and polish. Theres a few other jobs, I need to take out some tiles and get it replaced. Cement slabs in the entry of house and back. Based on the photos if you have an idea of how to rid what’s on the tile it won’t need removal .

Sand old polish off and refinish floor boards in one medium sized room, one small room, small corridor and small foyer

Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Aiming for first two weeks of February.

Floors were freshly done just under a year ago but I’ve done a bit of damage to an area (130mm x 120mm) with an office floor mat made for carpet.

Need to sand the hardwood floor. The area in the red is the portion to be sanded. I have removed the carpet and have removed the side nails of the carpet. But hardwood floor nail still exists. Floor boards are warped, need some floor sanding done to make the flat, not a big area
