Floors have an orange cypress pine and dark red hardwood in two separate areas so we would like this to be stained to a Brown Japan for colour consistency. Hello! I am looking for someone to sand and polish floorboards in a house in Seaford. I have recently had the house deep cleaned and unfortunately the floors need some additional work! I have been advised they need to be sanded and polished, however I really do not know the cost to have this done. See attached images of the floors. I will put the price as $100 (I know it will cost a lot more than this but i need to put something in there) because I am open to offers and really am not sure on what this would cost. Thanks!

Currently undertaking kitchen renovation, the photos are after demolishing. Ideally done before the new kitchen goes in. Kitchen install is meant to be mid-late next week but can delay if necessary. Worst case the repair happens once the kitchen is installed. Sanding is optional upon repair completion, otherwise it can be a separate task. Punch nails & Sand. Wooden floor boards to be sanded. Two rooms on ground floor. Total space is 4.9m wide x 8m long = 39.2 square metre Old lino and underlay have been removed. We will apply the finish ourselves, so are just looking for someone to do the sanding. The space is the front two rooms and the hallway on the attached floorplan. Photos of current state of floorboards attached. We can remove most furniture in preparation, but ideally we would need someone to help move a wardrobe into another room (photo attached). Aiming for first two weeks of February.

I have just ripped up the carpet, underlay and side wood pieces with nails. I have removed as many staples as I can and having issues getting the rest out! If you’re able to help sand the wooden floors too this would be amazing!
