Looking for someone who can do floor sanding immediately from tomorrow, just for a day

We are removing carpets in 2 rooms and need someone to sand and varnish the floorboards in these rooms. - Due date: Before Thursday, 29 February 2024

Sanding of existing timber subfloor to smooth out the glue remains after tiles removal. Grinding self levelling ardit to a flat base in order to provide a nice flat surface for me to lay floating floors - Due date: Before Friday, 21 July 2023

Original pine floors, approx 35m2. One large living room and two hallways. We have removed all carpet, lino and staples and the room and hallway will be completely empty and the skirtings taped up. The nails are also all hammered down to below the surface. Need someone to sand the floors in preparation of applying OSMO Polyx Oil. I'd expect you to use a professional floor sander (e.g. U-SAND 4 pad orbital), edge sander for the edges and a hand sander for corners. Tape up all doors and windows with plastic sheeting so that the dust is controlled in the work area only and removed when the job is done. Would like an initial inspection to discuss price/quote and talk about potentially solving issues like gaps, movement in the floorboards (creaks) and how to plan the job as the kitchen and second living room need to eventually be done too; this would be a later job. We were going to do the sanding ourselves but figured it's a job for someone that knows what they are doing. I am happy to do more work to make your job easier where possible. Can start as soon as lockdown is lifted.
