I need small sections of timber flooring sanded and re varnished

Bedroom was with carpet, now removed. Boards need to be prepared, sanded and polished to match rest of house. Area is 3.6x3.6.

New timber Stair treads have arrived with a layer of clear coating. Need an experienced professional to sand the clear layer off and apply two layers of stain and a final layer of clear. Material will be supplied. You need to have all the right tools such as an appropriate sander with vacuum and the skills. 31 stair treads (approx 1000 mm long) and 14 risers and three landings approx( 1000x1000 mm). all treads have drops of 65.

Completing a small laundry reno and have decided to keep the original floorboards after pulling up old vinyl tiles. Space is 2.4m x 1.3m. Need floor sanded including removal adhesive residue left behind from old vinyl tiles then polished to roughly match existing floors (see in pics attached).

I have 11sqm of Hardwood floor that needs to be sanded and polished. It needs to have nail punched and some filling done with 3 coats of Gloss applied. There is one section of the floor that needs to be replaced. Its approx 50cm x 30cm. The photos attached show some of the vinyl floor yet to be removed but that will be removed prior to the successful applicant doing the job. The house is currently unoccupied so OK under current Covid building restrictions.
