We have recently removed carpet and need to sand stain and polish wooden floors - approx 100sqm.

We own a home in Chermside West that has quite dark timber flooring and we are considering bleaching and refinishing the floors in a lighter colour. There is roughly 65sqm of wood floor to be bleached as the rest of the home is tiled. Our preference is for this process to commence on October 14 2024. All furniture will be removed before this date. We look forward to receiving your quotes.

Have a 3m x 3.16m dining room & 2.9m x2.8m kitchen that has vinyl tiles, I need the floor sanded, puddled & polished to match joining rooms ( pics included) I will remove the vinyl tiles so that’s not needed in quote.

Wanted Someone to sand hardwood floors and re polish. The floors are in overall good condition however have surface scratches from a recent renovation. I have 3 bedrooms that I need the carpet and any fittings/nails from the floor to be removed. Depending on the condition of wooden flooring underneath I may also need it to be sanded back ready for the floors to be polished.

Three bedrooms, hallway hallway, lounge, dining room, small kitchen and laundry. There is carpet in the three bedrooms which will need removing. I will negotiate removing that myself. Can I have a cost of having it removed please. There is lino in the kitchen and laundry. Underneath the lino there is Chipboard or something like that. That will also need to be removed to access the hardwood floors. Can I get a quote please. Will need to work started on 7 December. The house is currently empty. Prior to the sanding I am having the house painted throughout.
