We have recently removed carpet and need to sand stain and polish wooden floors - approx 100sqm.

Getting our property ready for tenants, we require an experienced & professional individual or team to remove & dispose of the current carpets across approximately 70m2 (lounge, hall + 3 b'rooms) & the vinyl from the kitchen 13m2. Once removed and prepped we would like the floors sanded & sealed with a water based matte finish. The house is currently empty so work can start immediately. Please send me your best offer.

We own a home in Chermside West that has quite dark timber flooring and we are considering bleaching and refinishing the floors in a lighter colour. There is roughly 65sqm of wood floor to be bleached as the rest of the home is tiled. Our preference is for this process to commence on October 14 2024. I have a lowest home with 3 bed, lounge, dining, kitchen and hallway that need floorboards sanded and polished.

We moved our furniture off our timber floors so they could be sanded and refinished. We need two strong men that are experienced and careful to ensure our new floors are not damaged. Solid furniture is heavy so you must be experienced. No stairs required. Should take a couple of hours.
