We are looking for an experienced tiler to complete and need: - Removal of existing floorboards and disposal - Supply & install tiles Must have portfolio for us to review, must hold relevant insurances and be registered for GST. Happy for the quote to be provided for labour component only, and then estimate for materials (fixed material cost, and variable cost depending on tiles to be decided by client, so quote per SQM is fine) The premises will be completely vacant and ready from 29th March onwards, and will need to be completed ideally in the first 2 weeks of April.

I have had my carpets taken off and have till Thursday afternoon tk fix my squeaky floor boards before my new carpets go down. Looks like the squeaks where there's maybe 7-10 areas across 3 bedrooms are between the joists on the floor boards. I've tried drilling in screws without luck. There is also space underneath the floors if you need to go underneath the house.

I need 55 metres of skirting boards removed. The carpet and tiles have been removed from the floor. I will be replacing the skirting with new skirting as part of a new floating floor installation.
