Hi, I will provide the 7mm floor boards with underlay attached to boards - just need installation. Rooms and sizes below - photos attached also. There is no electricity at place so any tools will beed to be battery charged or can use my Raptor if you have power attachments or I will hire a generator if needed. Living Room = 6.7m x 3.3m = 22.11m2 Dining Area = 2.8m x 2.6m = 7.3m Hallway = 5m x 1m = 5m2 Bedroom 1 = 3.7m x 3.2m = 11.85m2 Bedroom 2 = 3 x 3.8m = 11.4m2 + 3 small cupboard areas, Bedroom 3 = 2.8m x 3.8m = 10.64m2 + 1 small cupboard area TOTAL = under 75m2 Everything will be moved from floor and cleaned before you come. Things are level and no nails etc so can place straight over.
