Repair scratches on floor boards

Need sanding and polishing completed of floor boards with scratches. Photos attached.

We have a unit with staircase which needs to be sanded and polished at an estimated total of 55 m². Floorboards are in fantastic condition and will probably need just one coat of polish after sanding.

Removal of damaged , bamboo floating floor boards( ( approx 10 of varying sizes ) Also , removal of approx 4 ( under 1 metre ) boards from inside an easy access cupboard . Using the above and a pack of replacement boards to rectify damage areas - saw required

Need a small section of two floorboards replaced as pictured. Not sure of timber but old house so best match preferred. Staining not required. Width of board is approx 150mm and length between nail points is approx 520mm. -

Remove carpet from 2 x bedrooms, punch & fill & sand nail holes, then polish original floor boards of 2 x bedrooms. Photos of 2 x bedrooms shown, plus photos of lounge room showing where carpet has been previously removed & original boards polished. Note: Boards in bedroom will be in “original” condition so will most definitely need to be sanded & nail holes filled prior to polish/finish. Thankyou for your quote. Need experienced labourers with experience in floor board removal (preferably professional experience with own tools). We are in midst of home renovations and tried to lift and remove ourselves, however due to strong adhesive glue we are unable to do this (see photos). We have exhausted our capabilities and spirit. Would need one / two professionals who are up for the hard yakka!! This is likely to be a full day / two days of work, but if you have the right tools you may be able to smash it!
