Find a local floorboard profesional in Inner South Melbourne

I have a few sections of floorboards which need to be repaired/replaced, see photos These are engineered oak hardwood floors on a concrete floor in an apartment. I don’t have any of the original boards.

I need old carpet replaced, tiles in kitchen removed and floorboard put down, carpet removed and floorboards put down or current floorboards underneath sanded and varnished

Need to remove and replace 4 floorboards that have been scratched

Need the caret removed in the hall, 2 bedrooms and lounge. Replacing carpet with engineered floorboards

Need to replace 4/5 engineered timber floorboards. I have spare boards, just need installation. Property will be vacant, so there will be good access to the problem areas.

Repair scratches, gouges, and scuff marks on approximately 1m2 area of of wood floor panels.

There is a food stain on the floorboards, we have tried everything to remove it (baking soda, cleaning products) and no success. About 1 month ago we left a rubbish bag on this area for a few days and I believe some sauce at the bottom seeped through the bag and onto the ground. My timber floors are unsealed/partly sanded. finish sanding and seal the floor with clear matte or satin sealer. I have started sanding almost 3/4 of the floor already with 40 or 80 grit paper, but it needs a go over for consistency/ scratch removal before going to 120 grit, then sealing 17.30sqm total See floor plan of space (yellow) attached. Need someone to come rip up carpet and lay floor boards down.

Move 30 sheets of VJ board ( 3m x 1.2m) and 16 lengths of skirting boards ( 5.4m long, not heavy) from the driveway into the garage. Will take about 30min-1h.
