Wanting to put some resin on to cutting boards for Christmas I have all the equipment and have had one lesson some time ago so know the bare basics

Need to put 36 floorboards up in attic. Yellow tongue 3600x800. All materials are supplied and an attic ladder is installed. Attic has been prepared for flooring, but once flooring is in attic, it will need to be cut around trusses.

I need the old skirting boards removed in the hallway and lounge without damaging the walls. Then 34 metres of new skirting boards need to be cut to size and nailed on to replace the old ones. I've attached a rough floor plan of the area.

I need approx 6 damaged laminate floor boards replaced. I have the new boards already but will need to be cut to size and installed.

We have about 50 m² of skirting board that needs to be re-nailed in and siliconed we got our flooring done and need the skirting board to be finished to complete the job. All nails have been removed from skirting board ready to be installed.

This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

Pull up 2 small sections of decking boards for termite chemical perimeter treatment being done on 9/1 so want decking boards pulled up on 8/1 (or earliest being pulled up late on 7/1). Will cover with tarps etc until treatment finished 9/1. The boards will be put down again (loose). Won’t nail them back down yet as may just replace with stones etc in any event. So job is just to pull decking boards up on 8/1 or late 7/1. - Due date: Flexible

I Would like new flooring installed in The kitchen. Current tiles are cracked so new flooring needed. Labour and your own tools will be required as I will be sourcing the materials, it will either be tiles or floating floorboards. The kitchen floor area is ( L 5.67m x W 2.61m).

Old skirting boards need to be removed and new ones installed prior to new carpet going in later in the week. Property will be vacant of furniture at time of install. Hi guys, we were going to do this DIY but are considering outsourcing the work. We require someone to lift the carpets in the hallway and dining areas, and replace it with our floor boards already purchased. Alternatively, we can pull up the carpets and you can come in and lay boards. They are 15mm engineered bamboo with the foam underlay and plastic sheeting to go with. The carpets are NOT under the skirting boards and can be pulled. Lounge areas 8m X 7m Hallway 1m X 10m Doors both sides. - Due date: Flexible
