remove and dispose of vinyl floor and chipboard underneath. remove any staples and nails from floorboards underneath to make it safe to walk on with socks. task is to remove and dispose. preference for today or early mornings

Hi, I've had a hybrid floor put in and it's slightly lower than my previous floor. The kitchen kickboard is now too low and a need 2 new kickboards that are slightly higher. The straight kickboard is approx 230cm long. The other is curved at one end and approx 210cm long. Needs to be approx 17cm high, however I recommend you measure to be precise. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 November 2023

Looking for an experienced professional to do our flooring on a 3 bedroom unit in Malvern East. Replace carpet in all 3 bedrooms with new carpet. Floorboard areas to be sanded and stained. We are looking to achieve an “ash” colour for the flooring. Unit will be empty and will have you in after painting is completed. Unsure on what the job should be quoted at, please feel free to provide your quote estimation.

We need someone experienced to sand and polish approx 120sqm of floorboards. We need it done early next week. There is easy access and it’s a single level house. Photos attached so you can see what the boards are currently like.

You will need to supply replaced wooden floor boards and all tools required to secure new boards probably 4 boards total safely - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 26 March 2022
