Please come and help me renew my old floorboards by sanding and polishing them. You must bring a sanding machine we will provide any other materials to finish the job. The floor space is seven mettre squared a relatively small space. It is a hallway. We will also need help preparing the floorboards i.e. pushing the nails through and repair some boards.

I have had floorboards installed and the skirting boards were removed. I require them to be refitted, glued and caulked to fill any gaps in the living room, hall way, two bedrooms as the first priority. Secondly, the floorboards will be finished after Saturday, so I will require the skirting boards to be refitted in kitchen and WIR. Nails and glue have been removed. $500 for first job and $200 to finish kitchen and WIR.

Task 1 - Four floorboards need replacing and I understand they are solid timber floorboards. One skirting board will need to be removed to have the floorboards replaced and the skirting to be put back. Task 2 - the entire upstairs would need sanding back and repolished. If you’re able to do one or both tasks, I’m ok if you can only replace the floorboards, as I’ll look for a separate person to do the sanding. The budget is flexible as I know of you are able to do both tasks - then we are talking a complete different budget.

We have a patch of floorboards that were shaved back to be even, which has taken off the stain. We're wanting to sand and restain an area of the floorboards, but not the entire room. We would want you to pick a stain/varnish that best matches the existing floorboards.

We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started. Skirting will also need to be installed around the perimeter of the lounge room (I will also supply these). Date is slightly flexible but needs to be done early January.
