A section of a floor board is rotten and needs repairing.

Hello! I am looking for someone to sand and polish floorboards in a house in Seaford. I have recently had the house deep cleaned and unfortunately the floors need some additional work! I have been advised they need to be sanded and polished, however I really do not know the cost to have this done. See attached images of the floors. I will put the price as $100 (I know it will cost a lot more than this but i need to put something in there) because I am open to offers and really am not sure on what this would cost. Thanks!

We have completed our flooring and require the skirting boards to be installed. Total lenght/perimeter that requires installation will be aprroximately 31m. We will provide the skirting boards.

Just need some floor boards installed. I already have them, the space is about 2 x 4 meters. If boards are left over would love to also do the laundry which is about 1.5 x 1 meters. Thanks in advance

*I will submit photos when I get to the studio today! I’ve recently had a dividing wall removed in my Yoga/Pilates studio. There are some holes in the floating floor boards that were underneath - three affected boards I think! I have spare boards, but hoping they can be replaced without ripping up and relaying the whole floor.

Ripping up old carpet. Space is 5m X 5m. Fairly simple DIY job, I will buy all products, the laminate flooring planks and underlay, I just need a second set of hands that belong to someone who has done this job before to help rip up the carpet and lay the slats as I've done alot of research and watched a lot of YouTube videos about it but I am not a tradie and would like someone there to assist me in the job, cutting the planks, ensuring it all goes smoothly and keep me on track so it's all done quickly as I have ADHD. Floorboards to be laid in living room(22sqm) and hallway(14sqm). Had a friend come and do it however install wasnt right and I've had to rip it all up to start again however I'm a single mother of 3 that are all on holidays so really just want someone that knows what they're doing to come smash it out for me ASAP! I'll supply a slab of your choice. Have all the tools including nail gun, cutting table etc. and well over the amount of flooring needed to complete the job with lots of spare bits left over.
