Obtain and install Skirting board in missing section of house.

Need a floor installer to level floor in 1-2 rooms and 2 short hallways in preparation for floating floor installation. House is 1930s, existing floorboards are the subfloor. Primary room is 28sqm, both hallways combined are about 2sqm. Floor in primary room is generally fairly level via spirit level - but there is a good amount of variation in the boards themselves. The smallest hallway has a significant dip.

Don’t know how to make this blend into rest of floor

We are getting new flooring installed and need to remove the existing floor which is vinyl floor boards glued to Masonite boards. When the floors are removed the staples underneath will also need to be either hammered in or scraped so that no one can injure their feet. The kitchen will not be in and the current wall will also have been removed. The area is quite large approximately 77 square metres.

Fit skirting board to main living area, around 45-50m

We started laying the timber boards and finding it hard cutting around doors and corners etc. Need someone with the gear to finish it off and then install a quad along the edge, caulk gaps around doors and install a c-channel trim termination points such as doors. Will supply all materials. Will need your own tools. Found it hard with a jigsaw and dropsaw. Approx less than 20m2. First photo is the area left to do, second is where we got to and the 3rd shows where the boards need to be pushed back together where they came apart.

Need a skirting board removed from inside the fridge alcove area so that the fridge will fit. Will need their own tools to complete the job. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 August 2022
