i am looking to remove 140sq meters of glued floorboards, tiles in a bathroom, take off a kitchen

Internal concrete staircase which had tiles on it previously needs to be patched and screened so I can lay floor boards. Refer to photos.

I need Bunnings laminate floor boards laid in the entry way to join up with the kitchen. I ripped up the carpet but keep putting it off as I don’t know how to cut it for for corners! Will need to pry up the metal strap thing that was used for the carpet. I have the boards, plenty of them, and handsaw. I just don’t have the will! I work from home so can be any time, preference is for 9-3 weekday so no kids traipsing, and ASAP.

Looking to have our floorboards sanded back and fresh polished/stained. We have pine floorboards throughout (2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen/living, hallway). All Boards are in good condition. Have recently removed some tiles in 2 areas, and the boards underneath are unpolished - so just want to redo everything so it’s all matching. No glue was used, just mesh tile mat so the boards are in pretty good condition! Area is aprox 70sqm, and looking for a warm neutral stain colour and Matt finish. Some timber boards need to be get rid off

HI we have squeaky floor boards in 2 of our bedrooms under the carper. we would like someone to come and fix or look into that.

I need someone to come and give me a quote. Floating floorboards need replacement: A small area under the kitchen sink (floorboards already pulled off, I just need someone to stick them back down). A few need replacing under fridge (just need someone to pull a few out and stick the new ones on). I have a few in the lounge room that need to be replaced (x2). I have the floating floorboards already, I just need someone to cut them and then stick them down. They are easy to pull off (not stuck with any nails).
