Need to remove and replace a small section of floorboards so that we can replace a dishwasher. Floorboards are a herringbone pattern. Photos attached for context.

I have timber floor in my dining area have started to lift and buckle (see photos attached). The house was purchased a couple of months ago, and this has developed recently. I’m looking for someone experienced with timber flooring to: • Inspect the affected area • Identify the likely cause (moisture, installation issues, etc.) • Provide advice on the best way to fix it • Carry out minor repairs if it’s straightforward This could involve re-seating or replacing a few boards, so ideally you’re comfortable with both assessment and minor repairs. Obtain and install Skirting board in missing section of house.
