Two of the wooden floor boards in our living room are coming loose and need patching, repairing and possibly re varnishing.

We've had some carpet removed which has exposed some previously covered ends of old jarrah floorboards. The rest of the area was already sanded and polished relatively recently - as in the photos, it's just the ends which need sanding and polishing. There are also two wooden bannister which need quarter rounds installed (bannisters have rounds on one side but missing on the other side), and other small touch ups. Please quote to include supply of all materials. Can provide any measurements you need.

Water-damaged floorboards in entranceway of apartment require removal. Area to be removed is approximately 1m x 1.5m rectangle in front of doorway. Remove damaged floorboards, cut matting to size (provided), and install matting.

Install replacement Laminae 8mm cliplock floorboards into 2 sqm cut away area at door where. See pictures. Floor boards to be provided by me.

I want to retain timber flooring but due to kitchen renovation have a few areas that need to be patched. Layer will need to cut and lift some existing boards and key in new engineered boards. Small job 2m2 at most. Probably suit someone who has a minimum charge as not a big job. Person will need to have ability to cut tongue on new boards and remove excess tongue from grooves of existing boards. I will provide boards.

Current floors have new vinyl planks. Thought it might be time to install skirting boards in the 3 bedrooms. Advice welcomed!

Looking for someone to sand down 3 damaged spots on jarrah floorboards and re-seal. Must have an ABN and insurance.

The living room and kitchen are steps are currently Lino flooring, however there are wooden floorboards underneath. We would like Lino removed, and floorboards restored with minimal finishing. Would like to look as natural as possible, and have least amount of sealing/chemicals. Non-toxic materials please. Refer to map for measurements (Dining/living/kitchen and step area next to bathroom).

Need damaged skirting boards replaced in my apartment. Circa 8m in our entry way. Need done ASAP so we can get new flooring installed. Current skirting needs to be removed and the new skirting matched to the current skirting to match the rest of the apartment - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 2 January 2024

The tile need to be cut with angle grinder along the black line and behind the skirting then chiseled off to allow space for floorboards to be cut and glued to improve the look of this are in the kitchen. Basically you need an angle grinder, circular saw, chisels and the skills to do it 🙂 - Due date: Flexible

Need two sections of a skirting board replaced and the whole skirting board of the room sealed with silicone or along. The room is approximately 3 x 3 metres - Due date: Before Friday, 8 December 2023
