Cut and lay click clack floorboards in a small room approx 16m x 2.4m. Floorboards and tools supplied, don’t need trims just the boards. $200 for your labour (or quote me). Room prepped and cleared.

One board of a hybrid flooring has been damaged and I'm seeking someone who can replace it. I have spare boards. Would like the finish to look like the last picture, with grey silicone. Only someone who has experience installing hybrid floors.

Supply and install new 85 x 19mm Ironbark strip flooring, fit cork expansion strips, sand repaired area only and apply 3 coats of polyurethane. The damaged area is roughly 1 meter x 2 meters. Carpets are getting removed need to install timber floor boards as replacement. In 3x normal sized bedrooms. Materials already here. Carpets removed.

Looking for an experienced floor layer to remove each existing doorway hybrid floor board to replace with boards to continue into bedrooms. I will remove metal strip's and will lay the boards in the bedrooms but need help with the doorways. Depending on cost, I may consider adding the rest of the laying in the bedrooms as an extra job but I mainly need the entrances done. I am wanting this work to be completed before mid-March. I have the boards already stored at home.
