Install skirting boards to bedroom and hallway

I have a small area of my timber floorboards that have peaked up like a teepee from the heavy rain and heat. I need someone to remove 6 floor boards, pack out floor as required. Supply and install new 85 x 19mm Ironbark strip flooring, fit cork expansion strips, sand repaired area only and apply 3 coats of polyurethane. The damaged area is roughly 1 meter x 2 meters. Sand and polish timber floors in three bedrooms (30m2). Nails and staples already removed and edges sanded w. edge sander. Ran out of time for drum sander and polish. Should be quick and easy for someone who knows what they’re doing.

It's a small triangle of floor boards that need to be cut and pulled up for new flooring to be laid. The skirting board will need to be removed and floor boards cut and removed and then the skirting boards replaced. The area ismaybe 1m x 1/2m max.
