Require replacement and matching of timber floorboards in some house areas. Likely around 5 boards

I have a bamboo wood floor in my kitchen and a few of the floorboards have chipped away from the edge. Require someone to replace 3-4 floorboards with new boards. I have the replacement floorboards, just require someone to install. The bamboo flooring has the edges with grooves that click together .

We have bought an old Queenslander & when we ripped up the old carpet to sand and polish the timber floorboards we came across the surprise around the front door. There is 5sqm of chipboard which had been laid. (Maybe there was tiles laid here in the past) We're looking to replace the chipboard with timber floorboards to tie it in and look seamless. I have purchased the matching timber boards already. We had the rest of the floor sanded & polished and the floor guys will be able to come back out once repairs have been done and will be able to sand & polish the new areas if needed.

Source and install matching 85mm wide floorboards to an area of our upstairs living room which is currently MDF board. Area is approx 3m x 3m. The rest of the living room is floorboards. It’s currently covered in sisal. The goal is to have you replace the MDF with boards so our floor sander can do their job. No need to sand or finish the boards. Photos show finished bedroom floor for reference. Boards must be same colour tone and size as existing floor.

There is 1, perhaps 2 floorboards need replacing. We have spare boards.

There are 2 properties. Property 1 - need roughly 25 sqm of weatherboards installed. Property - need roughly 30 sqm of old weatherboards removed and replaced. Looking at using James Hardie Primeline Newport profile, however open to suggestions.

Install new 65mm skirting boards in one room and remove and lower existing skirting in other room to meet new flooring. I have 15m of painted skirting supplied and on site.

Full sand and stain required for our original hard wooden floorboards. We have renovated our house and kitchen floor had vinyl so there’s glue and marks to be removed. Cabinets and kitchen will be complete by end of May, so 10th June start date would be good. Realise in person quote will be required prior to starting job.

Floating Hybrid floor board needs replacing. The board originally lifted at the lip over time and then was recently chipped by a vacuum. Will need it to be removed and replaced. I have 4 spare floor boards. It isn't very close to a wall so was thinking of the alternative: removing one of the edge tongues of the new board then glueing it down (if possible). Thanks
