I need to install floor boards for my unit around 56sq....

I have square floorboards in my bedroom and it has started to pop up all of a sudden. Underneath the floorboards is also a concrete flooring. The floorboard pop ups are in the middle of the room. The area of pop up is a decent square patch. A repair would be great, but if it needs replacing, preferably the same type of floorboard; if not then I don't mind another type that somewhat matches the current floorboard.

Need someone to rip up existing carpet and take it away, lay floor boards and supply underlay to match the existing floorboards. There is about 20 planks, hoping it is enough to do one room. Please refer to photos attached.
