Skirting boards laid throughout house

Remove hardwood skirting boards without damaging plaster walls. Skirting boards are being reused so keeping them intact as possible. Jarrah floor boards have already been removed so only floor joists remain. De-nail any remaining nails from joists. Loose-lay plywood approx 50m2 over jarrah joists to provide a working platform. House is 2 bedroom and open living space approx 50m2 of floor area. Person needs own tools and PPE

A couple of small areas/ scratches that need to be repaired (sand and revarnish). Need done asap.

De-nail jarrah floorboards Remove old nails from old floorboards To prevent ‘exit wounds’ on the dressed/smooth side of floorboards they need to be pulled from the underside using pliers. I have approx 80off floorboards with 10off nails in each board (average… some more, some less). That’s 800off nails. It take less than 10sec each nail… more stubborn ones maybe 20 seconds. So average 15 seconds each. So that’s 1200 seconds to do the lot (or 80 minutes or 1 hr 20 mins). Sometimes the nails snap off and need to use a nail punch to knock them through… allow additional 20 minutes for this. When the board is complete I need them stacked neatly on a pallet… allow additional 20 minutes for this. That’s a total of 2 hours.. I reckon it will take 2 - 3 hours to complete this. I have bought new pliers for this job and they work great.

We require approximately 23m2 of recycled jarrah floorboards installed directly to concrete floor. We would like these sanded and polished if possible also. 30m2 jarrah supplied. Job ready to start immediately. Thanks

Seeking someone to remove the skirting boards (keeping these), plus carpet removal and disposal. Approx 50-55sqm, 2 bedroom apartment in Lathlain. Upper level with elevator access. I pick up the keys June 11th, Tuesday midday and looking to get this done asap before I install new flooring. Some old real estate photos attached + basic floor plan.

Carpentry job Current floor has a cavity exposing concrete where a wall used to be. Jagged edges on floor boards need sawing on both sides by electrical saw to smooth edges for new Tasmanian oak floor boards to drop within cavity, no gaps. Referring to the cavity in the photos where the concrete is exposed. All up around 11mtrs of floor boards to be replaced as I am assuming that all the surrounding floor boards needs to be picked up to enable the new boards to be inserted. This may not be the case, please advise your thoughts. The cavity needs to be accurately measured to aligned along the floor, this part is crucial to ensure no gaps. Only 2mtrs of floor boards needs to be removed between two cavities as shown in picture. Please supply your own tools to complete this task eg electrical floor board hand saw is a must to cut straight edges Once cavity is prepared for laying of new floor boards, measure width of floor boards and buy lengths floor boards from Bunnings and return to lay new boards. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024
