We just had floors replaced. Need skirting boards replaced and installed throughout house. Minor amount of caulking as well

Finalise laying decking boards using screws. Predrilling required. Most of boards already measured. 5.2m x 3.4m area approx.

Solid timber tongue and groove flooring swollen and one board popped up in our hallway. Need it replaced. Flooring provided but will need to be measured and cut lengthwise to fit the space neatly.

Remove remaining skirting boards from home. In areas the tiling is up against the boards. Happy to use tooling that cuts into tiles and grout as floors are being replaced.

Laying hybrid flooring

Installation of composite floorboards. Room size: 6.8m x 4.5m.

Looking for a carpenter to remove and replace existing floor skirting boards with new skirts. The new skirts are taller than the existing ones so aiming to have it looking nice once the work is done with minimal damage to existing walls. We will supply the new skirting boards (photo attached, already painted). Just need you to supply tools and consumables (nails, sealant, etc) Looking for someone to do a neat and tidy job who takes pride in their work. See floor plan photo, all 3 bedrooms + hallway + living room need the new skirts. Bathroom, toilet and kitchen dont need work. Also allow to seal between top of skirts and wall. Ideally if you can dispose of the old skirts that would be great, but if not you can move them downstairs and we will take to the tip another day.

Have the spare boards, the tiles under fridge are water damaged and need replacing

I need 3 floating floorboards replaced. I have the spares. It's just pulling them out and putting the new ones in. Must have insurance.

4 bedroom house. One lounge room plus kitchen and hall way. Everything will be out of the house and we will remove all floor coverings. We will also be putting a kitchen in at the same time so we will remove old kitchen and let you sand before new one goes in .2 bedrooms have previous sanding plus sealed ( very bad job) the rest of the house the floor has been covered up and it just bare hardboards with clue from vinyl. Floor space is 92m2. Looking to get Done early next year. Jan or Feb. We are looking for semi gloss - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 January 2024
