I have timber floor in my dining area have started to lift and buckle (see photos attached). The house was purchased a couple of months ago, and this has developed recently. I’m looking for someone experienced with timber flooring to: • Inspect the affected area • Identify the likely cause (moisture, installation issues, etc.) • Provide advice on the best way to fix it • Carry out minor repairs if it’s straightforward This could involve re-seating or replacing a few boards, so ideally you’re comfortable with both assessment and minor repairs. Please bring any tools or moisture meters if needed. Can be Flexible with timing

Floors and skirting supplied. Area to be installed 14.5 sqm (bedroom) & 9sqm (walk in robe). Single storey house and no stairs. Under floor preparation completed.

We have around 7 damaged wooden laminate floorboards that we would like replaced. We have the replacement floorboards. The tasker would need to remove the skirting board without damaging it, disassemble the other boards to get to the damaged boards, replace the boards and reassemble the floor and reattach the skirting board.
