Sanding ,polishing,seal of 75m2 floorboards with satin water-based finish. This is the hallway/living and bedrooms. And 11m2 pull up vinyl tiles and refit with hybrid floorboards. The 11mr is over 2 area- the sunroom and small kitchen. Preferred start next week.

We need someone to rip up the carpet (and dispose of it) and install floor boards from Carpet Court in the living area of the apartment. Not the bedrooms, kitchen or bathroom. Please provide a quote.

Stain from one leg of refrigerator has left watermark on polished hardwood timber floorboard in kitchen. Needs removal and possible sanding clean / treatment.
