Small concrete floor understairs storage room. I have the floorboards and underlay but need person to install and have tools to cut floorboards when required. If left over floorboards ,will pay same again to lay in another room

Fix water damaged floorboards. Nail down, sand, natural polish.

Remove old skirting boards (and please dispose of). And install new skirting boards.

Cut timber hard wood floor neatly back to door so I can install carpet.

Stain from one leg of refrigerator has left watermark on polished hardwood timber floorboard in kitchen. Needs removal and possible sanding clean / treatment.

Sand back and then polish these floorboards . Wanting to lighten them as much as possible. May need a few coats of polish. Sanding must be done on a weekend and polishing must be done on the following weekend. You must have your own supplies and tools.
