Replace skirting boards & tidy up wall seam

Laying of hybrid boards in the family room (6m X 4m). I will supply the boards, have them ready at home. Caulking and Painting the skirting boards throughout the house (~210 sqm)

We have ripped up some old Lino and would like to sand and polish the floorboards to match rest of house as best as can. Looking for someone to sand and polish this 2m x 3m area.

Looking for quotes to replace a few laminate boards. See photos for the visible water damage. For a flooring specialist with moisture detection equipment to help determine just how many boards to replace. Labour only – I'll then source the boards myself. So probably a second visit for the actual installation, with the underlay confirmed dry.

I need to take out a few floating floorboards in kitchen to be able to then remove an old dishwasher. New or existing floorboards to be put back in place, and then level the floor where a new dishwasher will later go in. We have the floorboards, will need some timber for the leveling task.

Hi, I'm looking for an estimate to replace 4-8ish+ water-damaged floorboards in my rental. Assistance in determining the type of floorboards would be very much appreciated too! My fridge has leaked over a prolonged period and the floorboards have started to lift and curl as a result. The surrounding floorboards are also started to curl. Apparently underneath is tile. If you could have a look and let me know, thanks! I can easily assist with removal & also can help sourcing the replacement floorboards. Looking to sand and polish my apartments floorboards by the 5th April. Want 3 coats of polish with a matte finish that is a lighter colour to the current floorboards. The floorboards are made of Cyprus Pine. Photo attached of the desired end result. Apartment size is roughly 43 metres squared and work is only needed in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom.
