Find a local floorboard profesional in VIC

Nail in the beading between skirting boards and floor in 2 small bedrooms. The beading is in place, just needs to be fixed with nails. Total length of beading: ca. 26 metres. Looking for someone who has done this type of work before, ideally with a nailgun.

A section of a floor board is rotten and needs repairing.

Task 1 - Four floorboards need replacing and I understand they are solid timber floorboards. One skirting board will need to be removed to have the floorboards replaced and the skirting to be put back. Task 2 - the entire upstairs would need sanding back and repolished. If you’re able to do one or both tasks, I’m ok if you can only replace the floorboards, as I’ll look for a separate person to do the sanding. The budget is flexible as I know of you are able to do both tasks - then we are talking a complete different budget.

We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started. Skirting will also need to be installed around the perimeter of the lounge room (I will also supply these). Date is slightly flexible but needs to be done early January. I want these 3 floorboards replaced because I can't stand the water stain! Hopefully someone can assist with flooring experience. I will purchase the boards but you must pickup for me and supply glues and all other materials.
