The job is to sand stain and polish approximately 80 m² of flooring. It’s a level one building in Port Adelaide. The floorboards are Jarrah.

Flooring to be laid with wooden floorboards - think it’ll require priming of a sort and then glue. There is a small bit that is uneven and will need to be levelled first

We need our floorboards sanded and varnished. Bedroom 3m x 3.5m Kitchen/dining 8m x 3m (give or take)

I have a small (approx 9 sqaure m) room I am renovating. Currently have all skirting boards off. Would like to give the floor a freshen up. No water damage. Would like it sanded, a Walnut stain and polish. Other rooms in the house will be done. Potentially entire kitchen down the track.

We need one room done and carpet tiles ripped up, I’ve just run out of time, there is black plastic here to lay over the carpet glue (it wasn’t too bad in rest of clinic) and then lay the floorboards which will be here ready. The stuff in the room can just be moved to kitchen if I don’t get time to do it. The room is the blue highlighted one
