I'd like to have a laminate floor installed in my house. the total area is 60sqm. currently 40sqm has carpet, 10sqm has tiles, and 10sqm concrete slap. I'd like a quote for the installation including removal and dumping of tiles and carpet, and removal and reinstallation of skirting. the area will have a total of 8 doors: 3 doors connecting to carpet, 3 to tiles, and one connecting to laminate but has small step which will require stair nosing. I need someone to rip up and remove the carpet form my living room and the lino in my kitchen. The carpet is easy to remove but the lino has been glued down.

3 jobs in total. I need someone to fix the door jamb in my small ensuite. It has water swelling in the bottom end of both sides (inside facing part). Root cause has been fixed, just need to fix/replace the door jamb now. I also need a removable cover for the hole in the wall, where the water mains are accessed. Existing cover is no longer big enough as hole was made bigger to fix the leak that occured. I want to keep the wall hole size as is, so only need new bigger removable cover. Lastly, repair of small strip of skirting board required. Damage occured when a picture fell down from the wall above, landing on the skirting board and subsequently it has come off the wall joint. In total 3 jobs, some quite minor. I am open to feedback regarding cost and repair details. I'm expecting the market to tell me what is fair and reasonable for this request.

Carpet needs replacing on the ‘pole’ part

We have the skirting boards ready to go but need someone to install them.
