Looking to replace a damaged floor in the loungeroom of an older house. Possibly floor boards but open to carpet as well. Need someone to discuss ideas.

Install 3 metres of skirting board and trim off 2cms off a sliding doors. I will provide the skirting board. Wall length is 3 m 84 cms

The carpet in these two areas is wrinkled and wavy. Just need the hall and lounge room carpet stretched back to flat. I can provide photos. I have no idea of budget, as I am a pensioner.

Pick up from Leichhardt and and install skirting board only ( 6 separate pieces of regular skirting board) into base of a small U shape (very old) kitchen. The existing old skirting is removed. I have carefully measured and ordered and allowed for a few more mm (just in case). You may need a tool to trim down the skirting only slightly (made of chipboard) and screw in on the edges of the U shape only. I need you to pick up from Lifetime Industries in John St Leichhardt and bring to my hoime in Annandale and install. Needs to be a good job and fast.
