Labour only- I need someone to cut and lay vinyl flooring in my kitchen. I intend to purchase a 3x6m roll from Bunnings (floorboard effect),it has felt backing and requires no glue. Floor boards are flat and in good condition underneath. Some edging might be required and can adjust price accordingly.

Replace missing couple of metres of skirting board where a built-in cupboard has been removed. Also fix (plane down?) some sections of kitchen skirting board which keep popping out. You’ll need to see the job first so you can get the right skirting board. Price to include materials. Skirting board is 20mm thick and 140mm wide

Remove & dispose of approx 82m2 engineered timber floorboards and grind off adhesive used to glue boards to hardwood substrate. Job needs to be done before 10 May. 3 May chosen as indicative date for task to be done but timing is flexible, as long as it is completed before 10 May.

Using a jack hammer remove old tiles that have been stuck down to wooden floor with glue. Roughly 100 Tiles roughly 30cmx30cm
