We've recently lifted up the carpet to install subfloor ventilation. As a result we need a carpet layer to relay the edges of the carpet for part of the room. As per the photo. I imagine it would be a quick job for someone with the tools and expertise.

I have a few sections of floorboards which need to be repaired/replaced, see photos These are engineered oak hardwood floors on a concrete floor in an apartment. I don’t have any of the original boards.

Need flooring installed hopefully this weekend. It’s about 32 square meters with 2 stairs. Ive attached the floor plan.

After a spillage, I had to pull the carpet and underlay pack in order to dry out the floorboards. When I tried to put the carpet back again, it doesn’t sit nicely at the edge of the doorframe like it did before. I need someone with the correct tools to nail down the underlay and pull / smooth the carpet so it sits properly again.
