I’m looking for someone to replace 2 small sections of skirting board

Looking for a tradesman to remove remaining carpet from 75sq metre warehouse, and also remove glue/ and nails that held down the carpet - it is not a difficult job, we just do not have the time to do it. It needs to be done to to have us prepare for painting the floors, so will please also need the carpet removed / taken to tip if possible, and the floor cleaned as part of the job. I have loungeroom and dining room/ hallway to be laid. has been done previously DIY and creaks when you walk on it and has not been finished around the edges. Hoping to re use some of the boards and have extra packs of new boards. they are also still available at bunnings if we need to purchase more to complete the job. Just want someone who knows what they are doing to complete the job and line up all the edges with skirting board. Due to a bath flooding incident I need to get a part of my floating floor replaced for part of a hallway and for 1 bedroom. These are the only damaged areas which is why I only need part of my floor done. The wood has started to become warped and need to be replaced.
