Looking to have a section of floorboards sanded and polished approx 9sqm. They’re a Boral engineered hardwood floating floorboard. May also consider restoring the whole unit approx 75sqm. My cat has scratched up a small area on the top step inside my rental apartment. The agent will be carrying out an inspection on the afternoon of Tuesday 20 Sept next week, so I would need the job done before then. I can organise to be at home on Monday before 11am, all day Sunday, and Tuesday, though the job would need to be completed by 2pm at the latest on Tuesday.
