Find an experienced flooring expert in East Victoria Park

my sofa has made a hole in the living room carpet and it's the end of my lease. I don't want to lose the bond. If you have something to hide the damage, that would be great.

Requiring installation of skirting/ floor trim for freshly laid wood look walnut tiles. Approximately 30 linear meters of downstairs area on a townhouse. I have purchased and painting pre primed architrave from Bunnings ready to lay. Also have a pantry door to plane if possible.

Vinyl floor is coming up near entry of kitchen.

Stick on tiles for floor across living area and kitchen

A couple of small areas/ scratches that need to be repaired (sand and revarnish). Need done asap.

Need replacement of shrunken bamboo floorboards. I have the stock of floorboards.

Fill gap between skirting boards and walls, patch a few holes around the house .

We live in a rental and spent a fortune buying the floors. Please note we are looking to get this done within $ 200-$300 max sorry sounds ridiculous but we have already installed large areas ourself. We need help with corners and cutting the plank to size as we don't have the professional tools. Rooms remaining are laundry hallways kitchen and dining. must start today and finish by friday. Remaining area is approximately 12 - 14 sqm left. not a lot left, if proper cutting equipment available it will be done in less than 3 hours. Hi all. Have an urgent 'floor prep.' job! Need the concrete floor of a bedroom and adjacent hallway to be checked to see if it's level; and if necessary screeded (which I recognise may require me to pay a bit more and I'm happy to discuss this) prior to the installation of vinyl planks. The installation of the vinyl planks is not part of this job. However, am happy discuss you doing this (if a good job is done in preparing the floors)! The bedroom is 3.3 x 3.4 and the hallway is only a few square meters. Would very much prefer someone who has lots of experience checking and screeding concrete floors, who is insured and who can do it very soon! If you have any questions please ask. Hi, looking at getting approx 13m2 of vinyl installed. (Install only, I’ll supply the vinyl) This includes a total of 10 steps/stairs Existing tiles have been removed, floor requires a little bit of levelling for vinyl. Located East Victoria Park - Due date: Flexible

Sanding timber flooring - approx 25m2 in bedroom and small hallway. Carpet flooring and underway has been removed, some adhesive left. Floor boards in good condition. Job includes prepping the flooring for refinishing by others. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 7 May 2022

I would like to re-patch/ repair the laminate flooring under the fridge area. I have spare pieces of laminate flooring. Please see attached photo.
