I am looking for someone to install laminate hybrid flooring. It is approx 45 metre square area. Job has to be done in the next few days. I have the materials. Currently it is slate tiles. We will remove the slate tiles. There is some cement/glue later as seen in the picture. Does it need to be chiseled to get some level ??

We are getting timber floor done, we want you to remove the skirting and then put it back on after the flooring is done. Approx area is 45 sq mts.

We have a new kitchen being installed into a granny flat. Once installed, we need a new hybrid timer floor laid to m atch in with existing floor ( same material ) already laid in adjoining bedroom. I require an experienced hybrid timber floor layer and carpenter to do the following in a granny flat. 1. remove skirting ( approx 10m ) 2. Remove approx 25m2 of carpet and carpet nails ( skip on site ) 3. Lay foam underlay for flooring ( supplied ) 4. Lay/cut floating floor planks ( national tiles hybrid flooring ) - supplied 5. re-attach skirting on top of new floor 6. add new skirting or quad to brick wall side ( no skirting currently ) 7. add alum joiner to join to existing flooring for bedroom. Beed to remove nail pilish stain from carpet

Hi there, need my rumpus room floor grinded and machinal polished. Room size is 4.5m x 5.6m, concrete is 12 months old, 32 mps and a burn finish. We have not put the skirting boards on yet because waiting to get it polished first. Would like a fixed price to get the job completed. Easy access and also have 3 phase power on site. Happy if it's completed week days or weekend, what ever suits. Would like it done ASAP, if you can't complete this year please don't apply. - Due date: Before Friday, 19th Nov 2021
