Im looking for an experienced carpet cleaner to help. I have a stain (unknown what caused it unfortunately) that I only noticed a few days ago approximately 15cm by 10cm in the corner of my bedroom which I need to try and get out. I need someone who has the professional equipment to cut skirting board timber (which I have already bought) to size. This will require someone who can do a 45° angles. It is not a huge job... this is just to add to areas where we did a renovation recently. I have the measurements all done, just need someone with the equipment to cut them to size.

Looking for someone to caulk around 40m of skirting in my living room and hallway of a single storey terrace. Caulking the gap between the floor and skirting. Not the top of skirting where it meets the wall. That’s all been done. There are gaps pretty much everywhere and bugs, drafts and heat escaping has been a problem that I can’t fix myself.
