Gouges in the floor boards bedroom, scratches oin the floorboards kitchen and hall

I am looking for someone with the right experience to fix some minor issues with my floating timber floor. 1) The trim in one doorway is starting to lift and needs to be re-adhere. The trim is otherwise in good condition 2)A visible gap has appeared where two boards have slipped away from each other near a wall. The boards are otherwise in good condition.

Looking for someone to caulk around 40m of skirting in my living room and hallway of a single storey terrace. Caulking the gap between the floor and skirting. Not the top of skirting where it meets the wall. That’s all been done. There are gaps pretty much everywhere and bugs, drafts and heat escaping has been a problem that I can’t fix myself.
