Need to lay Hybrid Flooring for 22Sqm room. We will prepare the floor. Have to lay the boards and do the trims(skirting). What is Hybrid Flooring? Hybrid flooring is a mix of two popular types of flooring - laminate and vinyl. Vinyl and laminate are blended together to make a durable and hard-wearing flooring option. On its own - laminate flooring is prone to swelling as it is not waterproof.

Floor boards have some scratches and need a refresh polish - One small lounge / kitchen area

We need roughly 150 sqm (floorplan available) of 12 mm engineered floor to be layed (glued). This includes steps. We also require splay beading. The build should be ready by the end of September but it might be pushed a week or two which we would know roughly 3 weeks before.
