I have purchased hybrid flooring through carpet call and was going to install it myself but have chosen to get it done properly. I think round about 30m2. I’d like it all done properly and nicely so removing skirting before floor install then installing skirting back. Underlay if needed as well but I have no idea if that’s needed or not? Floor was tiles but has been removed and grinded back to smooth concrete ready for install. Can pay cash, unsure of budget but obviously wanting it cheap as possible.
